Policies & Procedures

Policies are important to us as they show you how we operate. They demonstrate our commitment to ensure safety and a procedure to promote professionalism in our environment. Take time to read our policies provided in the Policy section of the website.

The D2D club is managed and run by qualified staff holding suitable qualifications e.g. Early Years Degree, Level 3, Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid. All staff are subject to an enhanced CRB check. Any students will also be CRB checked and closely supervised.

Open Door Policy

We value our parents/carers and any comments or suggestions they might have. (Positive or otherwise!) Please feel free to speak to the Manager or a member of staff or alternatively complete our suggestion form.

We encourage good behaviour by using positive language and by modelling good behaviour. If we feel that any behaviour is inappropriate we will discuss and if necessary a discussion with the parent /carer[s] may take place.
